This information on the processing of personal data for users ("Information") describes the methods of acquisition, use, transmission, conservation and protection of personal data of users of the site http://www.jghitechnology.com ("Site" ).
By registering for an account on the Site, you accept the provisions of this Policy and consent to the acquisition, use, transmission, storage and protection of your personal data as described in this Policy.

3. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
3.1. Data provided voluntarily
JG HITECHNOLOGY may collect the following personal data from Site users during registration on the Site as well as during the purchase procedure: name, surname, date of birth, tax code, gender, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number in respect of safety standards.
3.2. Navigation data
It is possible to access the Site and view the products offered for sale without requiring the provision of any personal data. However, the computer systems and software used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but, also by their very nature, could, through processing or association, allow the user to be identified.
This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who access the Site, the URL notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size received in response, etc. These data are used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site (such as, in particular, the number of accesses) and to check its correct functioning. This process does not involve the processing of directly identifying information.

4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
By ticking the corresponding box, the user expressly, freely and unequivocally accepts that his personal data is processed by JG HITECHNOLOGY for the following purposes:
a) improve the shopping experience;
b) process online orders, including sending emails and/or text messages to inform you of the status of a shipment;
c) process any returns;
d) manage the user's personal account;
e) respond to doubts or requests;
f) subject to the express consent of the user, send information and promotional communications (including the "newsletter") and special offers;

5. DATA PROCESSING METHODS

In particular, all technical, IT, organisational, logistical and procedural security measures will be adopted, so that the minimum level of data protection required by law is guaranteed, allowing access only to persons in charge of processing by the Data Controller or the managers designated by the same.
6. PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES IN THE EVENT OF NON-CONSENT TO THE TREATMENT
The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 4, with the exception of that referred to in letter f) of the same point 4. The refusal of the interested party prevents the completion of registration on the Site and, therefore , of the procedure for purchasing products on the Site.
With reference to the purposes of the processing referred to in letter f) of point 4, consent to the processing of personal data is purely optional and can be expressed by selecting a specific box at the bottom of the registration form on the Site. consent will not have any consequence on the possibility of registering on the Site and/or making purchases on the same and will only imply the impossibility of receiving information and promotional communications (including the "newsletter") and special offers from JG HITECHNOLOGY.
In any case, the user may revoke any consent given for the purposes described in letter f) of point 4, by contacting JG HITECHNOLOGY at the address indicated in point 1 above or also through the appropriate link present at the bottom of any e-mail with promotional content sent by JG HITECHNOLOGY.
7. RESPONSIBLE OR IN CHARGE OF DATA PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION

The data may also be communicated to third parties who carry out activities connected or instrumental to the activity of JG HITECHNOLOGY (such as, by way of example, carriers, consultants and freelancers who assist JG HITECHNOLOGY).

8. DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Personal data are not subject to disclosure.
9. DATA RETENTION
Personal data will be kept only for the time necessary to guarantee the correct provision of the services offered.
The following categories of personal data may be kept for different durations:
i. the financial data are kept for the duration required by law;
ii. User-generated comments remain available on our Site.
10. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, the user has the right to obtain from the Owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his personal data and their availability in an intelligible form; to know the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the treatment, the identification details of the Data Controller and of the managers, of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may derive from it aware as managers or agents. You also have the right to obtain the updating, rectification and/or integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the attestation that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Finally, he has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection as well as to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
