RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION

INFORMATION ON THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), if you are a Consumer you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on our site www.jghitechnology.com without any penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date you received the product (or the last product in the case of multiple products delivered separately).
 

CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can exercise your right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

1. informing us of your intention to withdraw from the contract through any written declaration or through the withdrawal form (duly completed) which can be downloaded here by registered letter, fax, e-mail or PEC at the following addresses:

2. by returning the product (or products) to us within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal. Remember that shipping is at your expense and that you will be responsible for any damage or loss of returned products

3. the products must be returned:

a)  correctly packed in their original packaging, undamaged, undamaged and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

b)  without signs of use other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and not must be in such a state that they cannot be resold).
 

REFUND TIMES AND METHOD

In case of withdrawal, JG HITECHNOLOGY will verify the conformity of the returned products.

If the verification is successful, we will refund you without delay the full amount you paid in price including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary and less expensive one).

The refund will be made with the same payment methods you chose for the purchase of the product.

In case of payment by Postepay top-up, you will have to provide JG HITECHNOLOGY with the bank details where to make the refund or agree on a different refund method. 

If, on the other hand, the returned product presents defects or faults for which it has suffered a decrease in value other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the refunded sum will be reduced by an amount corresponding to this decrease in value. In this case you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information.
 

APPLICABLE DISCIPLINE

These conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
